Anticipated date of our next 'Get Together' weekend: 8th, 9th and 10th October.
Our last event was a great success.
Our programme included CGD specialist DR Ronnie Chee, Consultant Immunologist, Royal Free Hospital; Dr Roy Evison; CGD clinical nurse specialists Helen Braggins and Marie Kirwan; from the charity Director Chris Goard; Dr Susan Walsh, Medical Research Officer and Rosemarie Rymer.
Dr Nigel North, consultant psychologist, offered communications workshops and creative workshops were led by Julia Thomas and Anushiya Yardell.
With a trip to Alton Towers and plenty of time to relax and socialise over the weekend, this was a popular mix.
We are planning an equally 2010 good programme so please look out for details later in the year.
